ABBEY INSULATION ON RTE
Adrian Maguire, Owner, Abbey Insulation, featured on RTE’s ‘Passive House Sligo’ using recycled newspaper insulation. The insulation was pumped into the attic, down into the sloping section and then the flat section of the attic. The total weight of insulation was 3.5 tonnes giving the house a U Value of 0.1.
